Caroline Fagard

FOUNDER

Caroline Fagard has more than 25 years’ experience in the development of new products and services and in business development in industry and services. She started in a consultancy company specialising in innovation and business development for leading French groups. She then joined an international industrial group. In charge of business development, she contributed to the development and launch of new products in hitherto unexplored sectors. She then joined a consultancy specialising in compliance, disputes and investigations to develop the Paris office and the consultancy’s European presence. Her role consisted in managing the development of long term commercial relationship with European multinationals, French and foreign legal practices whose clients needed advice on compliance, disputes and investigations.

Pro Bono

Since its creation, Spot-On Advisory has been developing a pro bono activity and supporting associations.

Starting in 2021, Spot-On Advisory is supporting the association RoseUp in the fight against women’s cancer.

RoseUp is a small (only 16 people), but very active  association since 2011. RoseUp federates the first community of women with cancer in France. It is the largest online community with over 55,000 registered Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter contributors.

RoseUp has 3 missions

  1. INFORM: Provide all women with free quality information with an enriched website each day and Rose Magazine, 180,000 copies in circulation and distributed to oncology departments in public hospitals and Unicancer centres (latest issue to browse here)
  2. ACCOMPANY women suffering from cancer to face the consequences of the disease on their daily lives in all its dimensions, both private and social. In addition to numerous webinars and online resources on the website, RoseUp also welcomes these women in the « Maisons Rose » in Paris and Bordeaux, cocoons reserved for them in which they can meet, participate in free workshops (adapted sport, nutrition, beauty/well-being, job retention/return, etc.). In June 2022, RoseUp went further by launching a third Maison RoseUp, a digital one: M@ Maison RoseUp to accompany women everywhere in the territory from home.
  3. STAND UP FOR THEIR RIGHTS: Act with public authorities to defend the rights of these women to keep their place in society. RoseUp is particularly active for the « right to be forgotten » (against insurance surcharges due to their illness) or the reduction of health expenses.

Spot-On Advisory provides the association with financial support and support in the form of skills sponsorship (relations with companies and foundations).
